BASH Mentors
In partnership with Hamilton Student Leaders, BASH KIDS CLUB is proud to offer a youth development program open to 4th-8th graders. These students will act as Mentors for the BASH Hamilton After School Care Pre-K Program. This unique after school opportunity is designed to:
Teach leadership skills
Foster creative independence
Strengthen community/peer connections
Encourage social confidence
After School Mentors will have time engaging and socializing with our group of Pre-K students as they go through the afternoon in our program. This includes helping out with snack time, playing outside, arts and crafts, and dance and movement. They will also have independent study breaks to focus on their 4th-8th grade needs. This new and improved program offers a wonderful learning experience which could lead to a continued opportunities with BASH KIDS CLUB (internships, summer employment, etc.) as they grow!
Student capability is assessed and must be approved before being accepted.
